√ Technical Support

Licensee of PPT2Flash SDK is entitled to toll-free basic technial support with the first 30 days from the date of purchasing, the scope is limited to bugs fixes, patches, installation issues. Licensee can submit the support request via email and online chat.

 

√ Annual Maintenance (Optional)

 

The Licensee who purchase the annual maintenance are entitled to receiving upgrade packages, revision releases and advanced technical support through email, phone and online chat within one year from the date of the purchase of the maintenance service.

The pricing of the customization of PPT2Flash components and functions is established on a case-by-case basis, the determine factors generally includes:
