PPT2Flash Professioal in Rapid E-Learning Suite includes QuizCreator intergration to enable users to create a quiz for a presentation course generated by PPT2Flash Professioal.

To add a quiz to a published prentation by PPT2Flash Professional, there are two options available.
1. Run QuizCreator in PPT2Flash Professional to create a new quiz
2. Import a published quiz by QuizCreator (.qcp file)

Run QuizCreator in PPT2Flash Professional to create a new quiz

1. Downloand and Install QuizCreator on your computer.
Since QuizCreator is a standalone program and not an internal program in PPT2Flash Professioanl, users are required to install it on the computer before using it in PPT2Flash Professioanl.
2. Run PPT2Flash Professional as a PowerPoint plug-in.
3. Create a new presentation or open an existing presentation.
4. Specify a slide to add a quiz : Insert QuizCreator.

5. Select the option "Create new QuizCreator quiz"




6. Create your quiz with QuizCreator, then click Publish -> PPT2Flash on Publish menu.



7. Choose a directory to publish the quiz.

8. Go back to step 5 (PPT2Flash Professioanl -> Insert QuizCreator ), and import the created quiz file with .qcp extension in the published directory. Then, click "OK".



9. You may notice that the quiz has been added after the specific slide as a new page, you can't view this quiz in PowerPoint. However, you can find a placehold image at the location where the quiz is added.
10. Publish the ppt file. Now you have a flash-based presentation with an interactive quiz!

Note:

If you want to insert multiple QuizCreator quizzes into the presentation created by PPT2Flash Professional, the PPT2Flash Pro 3.4.0 and QuizCreator 1.2.0 or above are both required. The earlier version can deal with only one quiz.
