PPT2Flash Professional in the Rapid E-Learning Suite includes QuizCreator integration to enable users to create a quiz for a presentation course generated by PPT2Flash Professional.

There are two possible ways of adding a quiz to a presentation published by PPT2Flash Professional.
1. Run QuizCreator in PPT2Flash Professional to create a new quiz
2. Import a published quiz by QuizCreator (.qcp file)

Run QuizCreator in PPT2Flash Professional to create a new quiz

1. Download and Install QuizCreator on your computer.
Since QuizCreator is a standalone program and not an internal program in PPT2Flash Professional, users are required to install it on the computer before using it in PPT2Flash Professional.
2. Run PPT2Flash Professional as a PowerPoint plug-in.
3. Create a new presentation or open an existing presentation.
4. Specify the slide to which the quiz must be added: Insert QuizCreator.

5. Select the option "Create new QuizCreator quiz"




6. Create your quiz with QuizCreator, then click Publish -> PPT2Flash on the Publish menu.



7. Choose a directory where you wish to publish the quiz.

8. Go back to step 5 (PPT2Flash Professional -> Insert QuizCreator ), and import the created quiz file with .qcp extension in the published directory, then click "OK".



9. You may notice that the quiz has been added after the specific slide as a new page. You will not be able to view this quiz in PowerPoint, however, you will find a placeholder image at the location where the quiz has been added.
10. Publish the ppt file. You now have a flash-based presentation incorporating an interactive quiz!

Note:

If you want to insert multiple QuizCreator quizzes into the presentation created by PPT2Flash Professional, PPT2Flash Pro 3.4.0 and QuizCreator 1.2.0 or above are both required. Earlier versions of this software only support the inclusion of one quiz.
