1. Send automatically

Enter the e-mail address in the E-mail field, then choose Send Automatically. You may enter more then one e-mail addresses. You separate them by ",", e.g. "csc@wondershare.com,liaoyx@wondershare.com". After quiz taker finishes the quiz and submits his/her answers, in other words, when quiz taker click the submit button (suppose all questions are answered), the test report is generated and send to the e-mail box(es) you specified.
Note: if you choose send by e-mail automatically, even if you enabled the E-mail icon in player template, it will not show.
2. Send manually
In the E-mail field, enter the E-mail address to which you want to send the result, then choose Send Manually. After conversion, there will be an E-mail icon
on the result page. Click the button and quiz player will generate a test report and send it via E-mail using a program embedded in our official site. If you don't input an E-mail address, when a quiz taker clicks the E-mail icon on quiz player, the program will create a new E-mail with the test report as the content of the new E-mail using the default E-mail software on each quiz taker's computer, and the quiz taker can just enter an E-mail address and send the result to the E-mail.
Post URL, this URL is the location of the php page used to send the test report e-mail. The default URL is the php in our official site. If you want to use other site's service you may change it or just ignore it.
If you check "send test results to quiz taker's e-mail box", the test result will also be sent to quiz taker's e-mail box.
Note: Sending results by e-mail is applicable only when you select Web or LMS as the publish format and view it in Internet Explorer. If quiz taker did not enter his/her e-mail at the Intro page, the mail will be sent with the mail address, quiz16@sameshow.com, which may cause the mail being treated as spam. The e-mail, quiz16@sameshow.com is a fake address generated by our program, in other words, it does not exactly exist!
A sample test report mail is shown as below:
