How to Record Narrations for PowerPoint with PPT2Flash Professional

For online presentations and training courses, it is very important to import the narration to the video presentation. PPT2Flash Professional enables presenter to record the narration from the microphone. No need any other professional devices or expertise. This article teaches you to record the narration for PowerPoint step by step with PPT2Flash Professional.

First, set the Volume Control properties:
1. Double click the Volume icon (it should appear as volume iconon your task bar).

2. The volume control pane appears, click "options", "properties", choose "recording", enable "line in" and "microphone", then click “OK” to save.

3. If you use microphone to record, please choose Microphone by click the check box before "Select", then adjust the volume to max and save the settings.

4. Close the Volume Control pane.

Second, Record Narrations:


1. Click the “Record Narration” button of PPT2Flash Professional.

2. The program will pop up a Narration Recorder menu, select the slide which you want to record the narration and then click “Record” to record the narration.

3. When the program start to record, the menu of the narration recorder will become translucence and it will pop up a preview window when recording the narration.

4. Click “Stop” to stop the record. Press “F5” to preview the presentation file with narrations.
