After the step-by-step installation, PPT2Flash Professional can work as a PowerPoint Plug-in.


It can also work as a Stand-alone program.


Using PPT2Flash Professional
1. Open PowerPoint and you will see PPT2Flash on the menu bar. Click on it to see the following figure (Figure 1)

1) Publish has four export options that enable user to publish the converted content to Web, to LMS (Learning Management System), via E-mail and as an EXE. In Publish Settings, user can have some basic settings for the presentation; customize the playback control and co figurate the output parameters. With the Publish Preview, you view the previously published flash presentation.

2) You can either Record a Narration for the presentation or Import Pre-made audio. For synchronization, you can use the Timeline Audio Editor to sync the audio with animation and slide.

3) Slide Properties allow users to rename the slide, specify slide advance mode, edit slide navigation and restructure the presentation. Add Attachment option helps user to insert external files or web objects to a slide. Insert Flash can helps you to insert a flash to the presentation just by one click.

4) With Player Template, you can customize the output file. Color Scheme creates a uniform look and feel. Presenter Bio, photo, organization logo can be added to make the presentation informative.

5) Insert QuizCreator Quiz integrates Quizzes created by Wondershare QuizCreator to the presentation. You can either add an existing quiz or create a new one.

6) If you have purchased a full version, you can Register with keycode to remove the watermark in the flash files by trial version. For updates, you can click Check for Updates and it takes you to a webpage where is latest version is available. 2. Co figure the Publish Settings


You can set a password to protect your presentation. For the conversion process, you can specify a Frame rate and conversion option.

3. Import audio for the whole presentation or for a slide


4. Edit the Slide Properties


In the Outline Tab, you can rename a slide.
In the Note Tab, you can edit or create slide note.
In the Navigation Tab, you can choose to advance a slide manually or automatically.
In the Structure Tab, you can click the Leaf Button/Branch Button to restructure the presentation.

5. Customize the output with a player template


Click Logo Tab to add an organization logo to the presentation.
Click Template Tab to embed the flash in a template to create a uniform look and feel.
Click Presenter Tab to add presenter Bio and photo to make the presentation comprehensive.
Click Text/Label Tab to customize the message and label text in the user’ own language to create breezing user experience.
