converted swf not working

Postby monisha » Wed Oct 31, 2007 2:21 am

Hi,
Am a new user of the software. After conversion from ppt to flash using the software am unable to view the swf file. Have tried all options and have followed all the steps in the help files but haven't been able to successfully convert the ppt files to swf.
Please help me as this is critical.

Hi monisha,

Regarding your problem, we may need to know which edition of PPT2Flash (Standard or Professional) you are using and which OS. Is there any conversion failed error code displayed? We may need your original PowerPoint file to have a test. You can send it to csc_el@wondershare.com.

If you have further questions, please feel free to contact our online technical support at http://live.wondershare.com/message_box ... 1&deptid=5

There was no error displayed. The conversion happens but the animation is blank.
Will mail you the ppt.

Hi monisha,

We received your original PPT file and have tests on it. But there's nothing wrong with the output. We've sent the Flash output to you for reference. Please check your mailbox and open the index.html or shell.swf in the output folder to view the result.

If you have further questions, please feel free to contact us.

Best,
