As a leader of BPO industry, TRG Customer Solutions sets high requirements on employees and provides a lot of training to make sure they have the knowledge and expertise to meet each client specific need. As for new employees, TRG usually provides them with weekly or even monthly trainings. Since the time is money, the timeframes was unacceptable.

So TRG has been looking for an easy-to-use assessment tool with excellent reporting ability to educate a large number of new employees on Compliance Standards by TRG Customer Solutions and ensure that they have understanding specialized skills and uphold all Compliance Standards set by TRG Customer Solutions. Besides, it should possible for them to delivery more trainings at less cost to a wider stuff in a piece of short time period.

 

Solutions

With some time for searching online, Lawrence found many of quiz creator tools on the market didn't meet their special needs because of the complicacy and programming skills. At last they found Wondershare QuizCreator and were impressed by the feature set that it offers. They downloaded a Demo version to have further evaluation.

With assistance and guides, they set up QuizCreator and successfully published an assessment for test purpose, and then they focused on the reporting capability of Quiz Management System, the assessment results tracking and reporting service. This was the most important requirement that they set for an assessment tool because they needed to track all the assessment results of all trainees easily and efficiently.
With a demo tour and test drive of Quiz Management System, they were quite satisfied with the solution. They thought QuizCreator was just what they want.

 

In October in 2008, Lawrence decided to get a full version of QuizCreator to start their training project: “We just purchased a corporate license for QuizCreator for business purposes and I like the software.”

 

Support

 

During the evaluation, they had conversations with Wondershare Support Team member Shirley to get better knowledge of the tool. And helped them to set up QuizCreator and successfully published nearly all assessments.

 

Wondershare worked with Lawrence and their coworkers after purchase for TRG Compliance Standards Test Project by providing the following support and services: 

Product Training, Technical Support, Troubleshooting and Feature Request Management.

 

Achievements

 

2461 Trainees + 26 Assessments + 2 Assessment Designers

By the time of January 2009 and within three months after purchase, there have been 2461 trainees that completed the assessments. One more assessment designers with TRG training department, Kathy Jones joined Lawrence and started deploying 26 assessments of Compliance Standards Test Project for new TRG staff. Since then 26 assessments on TRG Compliance Standards Test had been developed and published successfully. They reduced the time for course development and delivery mean while saved a large fund on training.

 

Collaboration

TRG sent four suggestions about QuizCreator and QMS to Wondershare which were instantly reported and presented to Developer Team and Product Team. They had been included these into Wondershare Upgrade Program after carefully analysis.

 

“Your details button is fine; however your report button is pretty much the same. The Report button should have filter options of how you would like to filter the data. Filters should include whatever data is captured, i.e. filter by date, email, test type, etc. These should be multiple drop-down menus that a report can be generated from.”
