Wondershare licenses its software program to you on the basis of the combination of installation and use rights. Single-User License, Multi-User License, Site License are based on the installation, that is, the number of computers (1CPU) for installing the software program. Personal License, Commercial License and Academic License are based on use rights.

- Single-User License
Installation of the program purchased under a Single-User License is restricted to one single personal computer owned by or under control of the licensee plus one additional computer also owned by the licensee, e.g.: a desktop and a laptop solely for your personal and non-commercial use. Since it would be impossible for one person to be using both computers at the same time, that is, at any given time only one copy of the purchased program may be used. Sharing this program with other individuals, or allowing other individuals to view the contents of this program, is in violation of this license. You may not make the program available on a network, or in any way provide the program to multiple users, unless you have first purchased at least one Multi-User License from Wondershare.
- Multi-User License
The license permits you to install the program on the specific numbers of computers entirely within your family, organizations and corporation within one particular specified location (e.g. office). You may not give, transfer or sell multi-user-licensed copies of Wondershare software, nor include such copies in, or with products you sell or deliver to any third party Users may access the software in any way that is convenient; for example, by accessing copies stored on local hard disks or copies stored on network servers.

Multi-User(2-5 CPUs): Single User License Price x 2
Multi-User(6-10 CPUs): Single User License Price x 3
Multi-User (11-15 CPUs): Single User License Price x 4
Multi-User (16-20 CPUs): Single User License Price x 5
Note:
If the number of the CPUs to be installed on reaches 20 and above, you're probably eligible for the Enterprise License with more favorable discount. Please contact our sales representative sales-el@wondershare.com for a specific quotation.
- Site License
A site license permits installation of Wondershare software on a certain number of computers within the grounds of an organization or institute (normally a school, college or a company) and offers Work at Home Rights at the same time.
There are three tiers for Site Licenses: (1) Basic, (2) Intermediate, and (3) Unlimited.
Basic Site License:
Installation of Wondershare software on up to 100 computers within the grounds of an organization or institute
Intermediate Site License:
Installation of Wondershare software on up to 250 computers within the grounds of an organization or institute
Unlimited Site License:
Installation of Wondershare software on unlimited computers within the grounds of an organization or institute
Work at Home Rights:
With a site license, your faculty and staff users who are licensed to use Wondershare software have the right to run one copy of that product on a home PC that they own or lease. And the software must be used exclusively for his/her employment with your organization.

With Personal License, you can use the software in a business, academic, or government environment and you can only intend to use it for private or employment use and on exactly one computer per license. And you are preventing from selling, distributing or taking other ways to generate revenue directly with the output of the software.

By default, the price listed in Store on this website is for Personal License. And the price is named Regular Price. If you need to buy a commercial copy, you need to pay for commercial licenses.
- Commercial License
With Commercial License, you (individual) can use the software in a business, academic, or government environment. Commercially licensed users are free from the restrictions of using the output of the software for commercial uses, such as selling, distributing and other ways to generate revenue directly with the output of the software.

Both personal and commercial license should be combined with single user license or multi user license.
