		<description>I did my Master in statistic from an online school. while I have attained the degree, I am not sure I am as competent as my employer may think for I don’t think on various occasions my teachers have been able to evaluate me correctly. For example, one day I solved a T-testing question and placed it over the portal to be checked and given marks.  Marks that I secured and remarks that teacher wrote about me could not ascertain my ability to handle different eventualities one may come across while solving hypothesis-testing questions. So one should go slow in believing the reliability of assessment tools practiced in &lt;a href="http://www.askforeducation.com" rel="nofollow"&gt;distance learning online education&lt;/a&gt;.</description>

		<description>It is our belief that formative evaluation plays an important role to get &lt;a href="http://www.theonlineschools.net" rel="nofollow"&gt;distance learning&lt;/a&gt; students motivated because they feel a sense of not being lost in space. Just the opposite, they feel that being closely monitored and having their opinions being asked often is more like having a personal tutor that pay attention on way they do and what they say. This kind of attention provided by the system helps to minimize solitude that sometimes is referred as main desisting factor from students.</description>
